Keith Downer
Chief Operating Officer
Keith Downer has an MBA from Columbia University and a BSc. In Computer Science and Mathematics Magna Cum Laude from UWI in Barbados. He was the Head of Risk Architecture Reporting to the CRO of CCB at JPMorgan Chase, lead the ERM Capabilities at Citi Globally and lead the Risk and Business Capabilities for American Express Interactive. With 29 years’ experience in Risk, Finance, Data, Analytics and Emerging Tech, and international experience across ASIA, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean. Keith has been actively involved in Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies since 2016 where he supported a client project to evaluate the Blockchain technology, design and implementation of Blockchain architecture for internal and external contracts with trading partners. The pilot was then implemented for business use. He continues to provide assistance to clients on their white papers, business plans and Risk profiles and evaluates for clients the Risks to be considered I have presented on Risk Management, AML, KYC,Fraud, Customer Onboarding, AI, Blockchain and Big Data at industry conferences and events such as the Blockchain Fest @ Boston hosted at MIT, the Blockchain Leadership Connect Consensus New York 2018, the Chicago 2018 Blockchain Leadership connect and was a Blockchain Hackathon judge at the Global Blockchain Hackathon in New York in July 2018 and the Global Blockchain Hackathon in Chicago 2018.

Patrick Rivas
Technical Director
An experienced IT professional with over 28 years of experience as a software engineer with record of success in full life-cycle software development, database application design and development, Extract/Transform/Load (ETL), data and configuration management. Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing system architectures in response to client needs, establishing and maintaining effective and seamless interface with private enterprise, government, and military clients. Excellent track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions to critical customer issues. Articulate communicator, and effective leader skilled in enlisting the support of all team members in aligning with project and organizational goals.

Taylor Smallshaw
Senior Consultant
An experienced analyst, Ms. Smallshaw excels at delivering systems and business analysis within the commercial and federal spaces. Her work has contributed to the success of several leading organizations including the YMCA and Buchanan, Ingersoll, & Rooney. Ms. Smallshaw has applied strong analytical skills to serve in key liaison roles between technical and business teams and is an excellent communicator. Taylor has experience leading analysis efforts, including disparate teams, to deliver insight, documentation and recommendations on business systems implementations across the SDLC. Ms. Smallshaw is capable in various roles including Business Rule Developer and Business Analyst.
